Typing while scenes are focused can select and transition scenes, is there a way to turn this off?

Sometimes I'm not paying attention mid stream and I'll start typing before I've correctly selected a different program, and then my scene will switch based on the letter/number I've pressed. Is there a way I can turn that feature off as a type of foolproof? I'm sure some people use it to switch scenes easier but it's ruined a couple streams for me at this point and I'm looking for ways to remove this feature. Thanks

In Advanced settings of OBS there is Hotkeys Focus Behavior setting. For example, it allows to you to disable OBS hotkeys while OBS application not in focus (not on top over other applications or was minimized).

Not what the OP means, it's not an hotkey.
Let's say you have three scenes:
  • stream start
  • stream end
  • game
  • chat
If you are focused on the scene window and press S it selects the "stream start" or "stream end" or cycle through them, if you press G it selects "game" and if you press C it selects chat.
Which you definitely have if you just changed scene.
I have defined an hotkey "S" to enable/disable a "score" source and if I press it I switch to "stream start".
