Audio Issue with Headphones

For whatever reason, whenever I open OBS with my headphones connected (Beat Solos 3), they never let me hear anything. I've tried monitoring my sound, as it is picking sound up, I just can't hear anything with it. I've also try finicking with audio stuff in sound settings and mixer, but nothing. I even tried updating drivers, but my driver is on the latest driver. Well at least, that's what Windows Update says.

I am having a similar issue but for me im stuck on full volume. Im using my Bluetooth JBL headphones. I've turned down all audio sources but for some resone when i have obs open the is a adio channel playing at max valume even if i ajust my pc volume to 0 the adio still plays. The adio also sound dirty and squishy and its picked up in my recordings. I've looked at the adio mixer and all my settings are as they should be. If anyone has answers they would be greatly appreciated
